Walthamstow Loft and Rear Extension

This transformative project involved removing the old conservatory and delivering a full-width rear extension and loft conversion. The newly extended loft space now features a stunning master suite with a bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and bespoke dressing room. On the first floor, we converted the original bedroom into a luxury, hotel-inspired bathroom.

Downstairs, the rear extension now opens into a spacious dining and living area, complete with a dramatic 2.5m island, utility room, and understairs WC. Two oversized skylights (2.1m x 1m) flood the space with natural light. We also stripped the external render to reveal and repoint the original brickwork, restoring its character with a timeless finish.
